Success stories    [1]  [2]  [3]

Hay fever good-bye.

Dear Stefan, I want to thank you for your inspiring weekend seminar. It is a source from which I have gained a lot of strength and an unbelievable feeling of happiness. With joy and thankfulness I watch my success, every day and every minute. The feeling of inner loneliness, despite my professional accomplishments, is gone.

There is something I anxiously want to tell you. Since the age of 15, I suffered from hay fever. Since a few years, I only survived springtime and summer by taking medicine. Two years ago, I had to begin taking cortisone. On Sunday evening I told myself that I do not need my medicine any longer. I went outside and took a deep breath... and that in front of my house surrounded by birch trees - the nightmare of any hay fever allergic person. It worked! The hay fever is gone. I feel wonderful and I am healed. Too bad for the pharmaceutical industry, they just lost a customer. Greetings, Thierry

My greatest success in tennis

Hello Stefan, thanks to you and mental training I have had my greatest success in tennis. A resume:
The first opponent I knew from the last tournament. I knew I would win.

The key to my success was the second match. I had the nerve to practice with my opponent two days before the tournament. Of course, I didn't put my cards on the table. One thing I knew, though. The longer the match would take, the better my chances became. The first game took more than 12 minutes. I lost the first set but I won the following two sets.

On the second day all of the tournament trophies were on display. The director mentioned: «Martin, these are all the trophies that you can win. The winner will additionally receive a coin of pure gold!»

I pointed to the winner's trophy and said: «I will win this one and I hold it in my hands at the award ceremony!» He smiled at my words.

Again and again I visualized the award ceremony, me holding the trophy above my head. Motivated and believing I would win, I beat my next opponents.

Everyone, except me, was surprised that I won this tournament. As an unseated player I won against the tournament's number 3, 1 and 2.

While it was me feeling great that day, I still have to thank you and mental training for being my inspiration in winning this tournament. Thanks for everything, Martin.

A mantra that works

Dear Stefan, I carry something on my heart that's been bothering me for weeks. As a result of that, I was not myself at work and it was difficult to be positive and balanced among my family.

Today on my way to work, I spoke the mantra «I like me» and told myself that I now let go of what's troubling me. I spoke the mantra for 10 minutes and arrived at work with a positive mental attitude. I was able to concentrate very well during the four therapeutic sessions. And what I felt especially was the positive and calming effect I had on the children.

On my way home I spoke my mantra again and indeed I came home to my children filled with energy. Super!

I will continue to give myself gifts like that. Driving is ideally suited for it! Many thanks and kind regards, Nicole

First prize - a flight to India

Dear Stefan, I would like to tell you about a fantastic event. Last night I attended the Indian Ball. I purchased lottery tickets not knowing what the prizes were. Only later, I saw the prizes. They were all uninteresting except for the first prize, a flight to India! I immediately set the cause that I win this prize. And I was convinced that I would win. It has always been my heart's desire to go to India.

And, what do you think? Of course, I won the first prize. In November I will fly to India. Yeepee! I was so happy. Love, Claudia
